After
If it is useful, the monthly deliverable is $750 per territory. If it is not, we stop. Either way you keep whatever the run turned up.
Worth saying before the call rather than during it: this is Philadelphia only, it is not software you log into, and the output would not survive a BRT hearing on its own — you produce the operating statements, photographs and rent rolls. It tells you which parcels are worth producing them for.
