Terms of use

These terms cover use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between us. If we work together, the statement of work signed by both parties governs, and it takes precedence over anything written here.

We keep the content accurate and we source every figure we publish. Descriptions of past work are anonymised at industry level and describe outcomes we delivered. None of it is a warranty about what we would achieve for you, because your systems and constraints are not the ones we are describing.

Prices shown are current and apply to standard engagements. Scope that falls outside them gets quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.

Where we state a guarantee on a fixed-fee build, the specific KPI, the baseline it is measured against and the method of measurement are all agreed in the statement of work before work begins. The guarantee is against that agreed number, not against a general expectation.

Content and design on this site belong to TechPath Advisors. Work we build for a client belongs to that client, as set out in their statement of work.

This site is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published here. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.
