• Information you give us. If you submit a form or book a call, we collect your name, work email, company and anything you choose to write.
• Business contact information. For outbound email we use publicly available and commercially licensed business contact data — name, job title, company and work email address. We do not use personal or home addresses.
• Email engagement. Whether a message was delivered, opened, clicked or replied to.
• Site analytics. Pages visited, referring source and approximate region. We do not build advertising profiles of individuals.

To contact you about our services, to respond when you get in touch, to run and measure our own marketing, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our outbound email complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every message carries accurate header information, a subject line that reflects its content, our physical postal address, and a working way to opt out.

To stop hearing from us, reply with “unsubscribe” or use the opt-out link in any message. We process opt-outs within 10 business days, and we keep a suppression list so you are not contacted again. You never have to give a reason.

We send commercial email only to business addresses in the United States.

Marketing data is held in our email and CRM systems, hosted in the United States.

Client project data is different, and this matters. When we build for a client, we build inside that client’s own Microsoft tenant. Their operational data stays in their infrastructure and does not transfer to ours.

Prospect contact data for as long as it is commercially relevant, and no more than 24 months after the last interaction. Opt-out records indefinitely, because we need them to keep honouring the opt-out. Client records per the engagement contract.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@techpathlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, we will honour them regardless of whether we are strictly required to.

We use essential cookies to make the site work and basic analytics to see which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies that track you across other sites.
